Overview

Kakivik’s Quality Program is founded on ISO 9001:2000 principals and is the foundation of every aspect of the company’s organizational structure.

Our Quality management program applies to all aspects of the work we perform for our customers. Core philosophies are communicated throughout our workforce and implemented at the job site in concert with the asset-owner’s quality program.

Kakivik regularly scrutinizes all facets of the inspection, examination and data management services that we provide. These management and technical reviews assure that effective monitoring, measurement and analysis lead to gains in the efficiency and effectiveness of our day-to-day operations. Internal audits seek out noncompliance with Kakivik’s Quality Program and the contractual requirements we have agreed to.

Immediate corrective action is taken when required; with appropriate documentation, recordkeeping and reporting implemented. Our management review teams set policies, establish business goals and objectives, assess the overall effectiveness of quality systems, and assure that resources are committed and available to meet identified quality requirements.
