Our Quality management program applies to all aspects of the work we perform for our customers. Core philosophies are communicated throughout our workforce and implemented at the job site in concert with the asset-owner’s quality program.
Kakivik regularly scrutinizes all facets of the inspection, examination and data management services that we provide. These management and technical reviews assure that effective monitoring, measurement and analysis lead to gains in the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of our day-to-day operations.
Through internal audits and gap analyses we seek out noncompliance with our Quality Program and those of our clients. When concerns arise, they are promptly investigated and addressed and documented through formal Corrective Action Requests.
Our management review teams set policies, establish business goals and objectives, assess the overall effectiveness of quality systems, and assure that resources are committed and available to meet identified quality requirements.
